Reinhard Knispel, man of the hour. He makes the famous Rathaus beer from Lucerne from select ingredients. A native of Munich, he learned his trade at a medium-sized brewery on the outskirts of Munich and polished his expertise during his time as a journeyman at various breweries in Germany and Switzerland. He became a master of his art at the Doemens Brewing Academy in Munich.
